Pannesma Signs MOU with ATC to Establish a Saudi Company Specialized in Military Aviation Training and Technology Transfer

On the sidelines of the World Defense Show 2026, Pannesma Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Atheeb Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Aviation Training Consulting, LLC (ATC), a leading provider of military aviation training and support services headquartered in Oklahoma, USA, as part of efforts to strengthen international partnerships and support advanced technology localization.

The MOU aims to establish a Saudi limited liability company specializing in military aviation training and support, as well as technology transfer and localization of expertise, contributing to the development of national capabilities and enhancement of the local workforce.

The MOU was signed on behalf of ATC by Mr. Robert Cox, President and Chief Executive Officer, and on behalf of Pannesma by Mr. Saad Al-Baiz, Chief Executive Officer. The signing ceremony was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Vice Chairman of Atheeb Group.

This collaboration aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and is undertaken within the strategic and regulatory framework of the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), supporting military industry localization, strengthening national capabilities, and fostering high-value partnerships with leading global companies.
