Pannesma has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Skycore Aviation, an international aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) company headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA, to explore cooperation opportunities in the localization of aviation industries and the development of advanced maintenance capabilities.

The MoU focuses on collaboration in military aircraft MRO. Skycore Aviation brings extensive international expertise in rotary aviation maintenance, positioning the partnership to support knowledge transfer, workforce development, and the localization of specialized technical capabilities.

Under the agreement, both parties will work together on the transfer of expertise and technical know-how, aiming to develop local capabilities, enhance operational readiness, and support sustainable growth within the military aviation sector.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Skycore Aviation by Mr. Chris Burgess, President of Skycore Aviation, and on behalf of Pannesma by Mr. Saad Albaiz, CEO of Pannesma, on the sidelines of World Defense Show 2026.

This MoU reflects a joint commitment by Pannesma and Skycore Aviation to advance localization initiatives, strengthen national capabilities in military aviation MRO, and contribute to long-term industrial development through strategic international partnerships, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
